Bonded and Insured
At Roof Management, Inc. all of our work is performed in-house using our own employees. We are not a roof broker who subcontracts their work to uninsured or underinsured subcontractors. We maintain a 10 million dollar umbrella insurance policy and an unlimited bonding capacity with an AM Best Rated “A VII” surety that is admitted in all 50 states.

Our roofers are required to periodically attend educational courses hosted by the manufacturers ensuring that they are trained in the best application processes for the different types of materials.

Asbestos Analysis and Abatement
More than 3,000 of the materials that are used in construction today contain asbestos. Asbestos can be extremely hazardous if not handled correctly. Roof Management, Inc. has qualified AHERA accredited inspectors to conduct asbestos surveys and testing prior to demolition or renovations. If your roof is found to have asbestos containing material, we have trained professionals that will abate, remove, and dispose of the hazardous material, as well as follow the industry accepted practices for disposing of the hazardous waste. Our experienced OSHA trained workforce uses the safest abatement practices in the industry.
Contractor’s 2-Year Labor Warranty
In addition to the standard manufacturer’s warranty that you receive upon completion of your roofing project, Roof Management, Inc. also guarantees its workmanship for a period of two years from the date of completion of your roof renovation. This includes an annual inspection.
